This is what I did with my residual anger after I made the Anger Management Kinte Quilt.

I have dedicated this quilt to Psalm 91:3. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

Did you know that if a word is italicized in the Bible, it originally was not there?  Since the word 'and' was not there, the impression is the fowler is the noisome pestilence.  I know, you know what I am talking about.  Those mean things people said to you, that play over and over in your head, as well as the racket of your neighbors arguing, constitute noisome pestilence to me.
